DAiVE is a live virtual coaching platform using AI, built for sales and service teams. Every person practices real conversations with a virtual customer, is scored against your own standard, and gets written coaching after every session.
Training gives people the knowledge: they remember the product, the process, the standard. What happens next is a different skill. It is the moment a salesperson or a service advisor takes what they know and presents it in a way that is relevant to the person in front of them, and then works with that person through to a result. That skill is built the way every skill is built, through practice with specific feedback, repeated. That is coaching, and the research on it is consistent.
Good coaching is very expensive: a professional coaching session averages US$272 an hour in North America (US$244 worldwide), and only 27 percent of organizations make it available to all employees (ICF, 2023). The usual alternative to a professional coach is the manager, who spends only about 13 percent of their time developing their people (Deloitte, 2025). When coaching is improvised, quality varies, and the research is blunt about what that costs: in the largest meta-analysis of feedback ever done, more than one-third of feedback interventions made performance worse (Kluger and DeNisi, 1996). Skilled coaching lifts results. Unskilled coaching often lowers them (Dahling et al., 2016). DAiVE ensures the right coaching at the right investment.
DAiVE takes the three things that have kept coaching scarce and removes them. Cost: every person on the team is coached, not the few a budget can cover. Consistency: one standard, applied the same way across the whole network, written from the research on what makes feedback work. Measurement: readiness you can see, by person and by location, instead of a feeling.
